  What a waste of time. Never been there and saw some good reviews and was stoked to see they were open at 11am get there at 2pm and theres a sign on the door saying open at 330pm was really set on fish and chips so went in the shops come back at 345 and still not open bloke opens the door at 4pm but says it will still be at least a 20min wait for the fryers to heat up. Should of just gone and caught my own fish what a joke.

  Does proper northern gravy, thick enough could bounce it. Great portions too.

  5 stars for the chips and -2 stars for the customer service. Seriously, someone slapping me repeatedly with a wet trout would have been better.

  What a great Chippy this place is, I have been getting my fish and chips here for many years now, great value, good quality fish and potato scallops are to die for, you order 1 piece of snapper and you get 2, order 6 potato scallops and you get 12 what great value, it is worth travelling a few Kms just for the experience.
